Regular wear and tear affects your tooth. It is visible when it slowly begins to decay and form cavities. Dental Fillings are the ideal solution to repair decayed, chipped or broken teeth.
Dental Filling is a technique through which the cavity of the affected tooth is rectified with restorative material. The material is fixed to your tooth to cover the affected area.
With the advancement in dental science, primitive, out-dated procedures are fast being replaced by more advanced ones. Dental fillings are made from more durable, colour flexible material than the old metal or amalgam alternatives.
At Kingsview Dental Airdrie, we scrutinise the affected tooth and the level of decay. Then the cavity is filled with the tooth colored resin based material.
Our dentist makes sure to use material that is long-lasting and is suited to your mouth to avoid discomfort. The process can be adhered to while fixing broken or chipped tooth or correcting the length of front teeth, so that you feel confident every time you sport those pearly whites.
Dear Valued Patient,
First and foremost, we want to extend our gratitude to all of our patients and community members for understanding the changes we are having to implement because of current events.
The Alberta Dental Association and College has mandated that dental offices only provide emergency services due to COVID-19.
Your health and safety is our priority. In that light, and in an effort to keep everyone safe, we have suspended normal dental care at our office, BUT we are still AVAILABLE to treat DENTAL EMERGENCIES! The last thing we'd want at this time is for patients with a serious infection to go to a medical provider because they could not find a dental provider. That being said, if you encounter someone with a serious dental emergency, please inform them that we are here to help!
All non-essential upcoming appointments will be rescheduled into the future. If you have one coming up, expect a phone call from one of our team members, if you have not already.
We will hopefully have a better outlook in the next few weeks and will keep you updated from our side. We look forward to seeing you all after the crisis and well into the future.
If you have ANY questions or concerns, please contact us at (403) 980 7720 or through our Contact form.
Sincerely, Dr. Kinjal Patel Kingsview Dental
